A memorandum was signed with Mingachevir State University (MSU)
In a fast-changing world, driving innovation, economic growth and social progress — and preparing specialists who meet the demands of the labour market by mastering practical skills alongside theoretical knowledge — has made University–Business Cooperation a necessity. Such cooperation brings together the unique strengths of both sides: universities contribute research, skilled graduates and theoretical expertise, while business contributes practical experience, real problems, financial support and employment opportunities. The aim is to build a bridge that closes the gap between universities and business by aligning education and research with economic and social needs.

A memorandum was signed between “BERC&Partners” and Mingachevir State University (MSU) under the University, Finance and Business Cooperation project. The memorandum sets out the joint activities of MSU and “BERC&Partners”, together with an action plan covering the following areas in particular.
- Joint activities between “BERC&Partners” and MSU to develop and support start-up building;
- Organising and delivering corporate and individual training and services jointly with the MSU Department of Digital Development and Project Management;
- Carrying out joint projects and research with representatives of both sides, and organising conferences, training courses and seminars;
- Involving MSU students in internship and work placement programmes of various kinds at “BERC&Partners” and its partner companies;
- Inviting, by mutual agreement, the specialists and trainers of “BERC&Partners” to take part in the teaching activities of MSU as guest lecturers;
- Holding “Career Days” at MSU to inform students about the work of “BERC&Partners” and its current staffing needs;
The project is managed by the “University–Business Cooperation Centre” operating within “BERC&Partners” (UBƏM). UBƏM is a project management and research centre that builds links between academic institutions and the business sector, organises and manages the joint delivery of projects that identify or solve the real problems and needs of society and the economy, and develops funding models for those projects.
